Most of our raw materials, components or products are compliant with CE, FCC, RoHS certificates or patents, we stress on the environmental protection.
• Procedures/testing Details
We procedure the quality control from the beginning incoming materials checking, SMT, MI, Casing assembly, semi-production control untill ready goods controlling and after package check.
• Sample Availability & Policy
We will provide samples either paid or free upon customer's request. All sample shipments will be either by air or by sea, with taxes and shipping costs paid by the customer.
• Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions

• The services include: technology support, repair components support, replacement service or latest software upload/download etc.
• We provide one-year warranty for all our products, all freights and taxes should be paid by buyers.
• The repair and replacement service will not apply to product units that were misused,repaired without authorization or by other reasons beyond the range of intended use.
